Devon is a big reason why I am so committed to this department. She is a great leader and advocates for her staff. She is understanding, flexible, fair, and easy to talk to. Devon often steps in to help on the floor with patients when we are busy or short-staffed. I'm inspired by her dedication to this department and how well she handles stressful situations. Devon was a floor nurse and charge nurse on Powell 4 before becoming our manager.
