Please see her winning nomination story below: “I entered the Transfusion room overwhelmed and full of last minute questions I had forgotten to ask my doctor. Bailley brought me to a private, comfortable chair with ice water and a warm blanket. She listened to me and contacted my doctor to answer all of my questions. I apologized for crying and she reminded me that she’s not judging me. I truly felt that. She ended up taking care of me for hours that day and I know I wasn’t scheduled for all that extra time. Bailley was able to make me feel calm and safe during a sad time of loss and grief. That deserves an award! Bailley went above and beyond for me that day and I will always remember that!
