I truly believe that Molly meets all the criteria for a DAISY Award. Anyone who works with Molly or who has seen her care for a patient can attest to this. She cares for her patients with compassion and diligence. You don't see many nurses who care for their patients in this way because of the workload, but Molly always makes sure to take the time to understand the patients at a personal level, connecting with them. Not only does she demonstrate thoughtful care for the patients but also for their family members. They always speak highly of her and know that they can trust their loved ones in her care. Molly has been an outstanding role model for me, and I only hope that I can work with someone like her in the near future!
