D and Sandra went above and beyond to ensure B, the patient, and visitors (family) were comfortable and informed. She took the time to answer our questions and when she didn't have an answer, she made sure to get back to us. D and Sandra were a team and the best nurses we had. B was having anxiety about not having his pregnant wife in the room. They worked as a team to get a big chair so she could be there comfortably. Another amazing thing they did also was when B went to an ICU room, they noticed his feet were crammed against the end of the bed as he is 6'6" tall. D and Sandra went out of their way to order him a bed that was longer and wider. These few acts of kindness are not all but all we have room for (in this form). Through such a difficult time, these nurses have made us feel safe and comfortable. Sandra was lighthearted and able to make light of any situation. They were a team the BEST nurses we had.
