Neal was leaving work and saw the wreck. He went over to the other car and deflated the air bag and tried to get them out due to leaking gas but was unable to. I am not sure if you remember me. I am the person who was in a car accident that day. I wanted to say thank you for what you did for me that day. You came over, checked on me, and took the time to go to the store and purchase ice for my arm. You did not have to do any of that and you still did! You went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful. I know that we have amazing associates who provide the best care that they can to our patients and their families, but seeing this happening outside of our MLH facilities just warms my heart. It confirms even further that we are truly an amazing organization with caring, empathic, and exceptional associates. Again, thank you from my family and I.
