Carlo is a calm, level-headed presence in the hospital on night shift. He is quick to respond to concerns, will come and sit on the unit when we're busy or need extra hands, gets drips to us in a timely fashion, and is someone that I am comfortable going to with concerns. Carlo never gets worked up or angry. I have never seen him raise his voice or talk down to someone. He is fair and understanding and treats all staff as equals. He will come help in patient rooms if I need help. I am always happy to have Carlo as NAM when I am working.

Carlo works hard as a NAM to ensure that all units at South Meadows work cohesively and efficiently. He is always willing to jump in and help whenever and wherever he is needed.  He leads with clear direction and compassion. His knowledge and years of expertise clearly show, especially when dealing with difficult situations. We are lucky to have him on our team!

I know the hospital is in good hands when Carlo is working. He always tries to make sure the units are staffed appropriately and adjusts staffing accordingly. He is quick to problem solve, remains calm in stressful situations, and isn't scared to jump in and get his hands dirty. He is easily approachable and always willing to teach. He communicates with patients and their families with respect and understanding. He isn't scared to speak up when he notices something wrong. I really appreciate everything he does.
