I was transferred from the ICU down to C1 where I was very confused about where I was, what was going on and I wasn’t able to trust anyone. In the morning when Greg Hoover walked into my room, it was like a ray of sunshine. He introduced himself with such professionalism. He had my medications and explained what he was giving me and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. He told me that if I needed anything to call him and I sure did! Those days were the darkest days of my life. Greg helped me see a light at the end of the tunnel and I don’t know if he even has a clue about what he did. I can’t thank him enough for the empathy, patience, service, support and guidance that he’s given to me. Thanks to him I was willing to accept the treatment plan and go on to live and love life. Greg is my hero because he played a major role in my wanting to end my life changing to living it to the fullest. Today my son has a happy mom and I have a job that I love all thanks to you, Greg!
