There is no one word that can fully encapsulate Yamila Castro. In every way possible, she is beyond exceptional. You do not have to know Yamila too long to know that she is by far the greatest nurse and/or person you will ever meet. She is well versed in *everything* (and I mean *everything* under the sun), and on the rare chance that she does not know something, she will search for peer-reviewed articles about it in minutes. She is so thorough and leaves no stone unturned. Aside from her knowledge, another trait that makes Yamila stand out is her empathetic nature. Yamila is so kind-hearted, and this is evident in her patient care and her relationship with the staff. She is the first person to uplift and recognize her coworkers, and she truly deserves the same. She sets a great example, and I am so grateful to work with her any chance I get. We love Yamila
