I can honestly say Wendy Franks has been one of the nurse leaders who has impacted my decision to stay in the system and continue doing what I love best. Patient care. Wendy is there to listen to you not just on job-related issues but also when you just want to vent. Since I am so far away from my family, it means a lot. Wendy will not hesitate to jump in and take an assignment to relieve her staff nurses.
