She was the senior nurse in charge in one of my shifts and our ward was short staffed, we had confused and wandering patients and a patient become poorly. As I was in charge on that night, I escalated to Gili, who was on call. She came to the ward and helped in managing the patient. I was so grateful for her support on that day. I could not imagine how I could manage without her help. She was there until everything was sorted and a plan was in place for the management of the patient.
