Kristen made us feel at ease with taking care of our mom. Kristen explained everything we needed to know about helping our mom. But the most important thing she did was she showed our mom love and compassion. She was so gentle and caring in taking care of her. She has a heart of gold, which is why I believe Kristen is in hospice care.
