She has a lot of patience, and her personality is very empathetic and professional. She has even managed to redirect us to what we need as an Emergency Department and the commitment that we have toward the TecSalud family.
Dear Eloísa Contreras:

With her as a leader I see that we have had a wonderful change, our emergency department is quite large and there has been some situations where she has pulled us through.

Even with the great challenge she has, she has managed to handle the situations in our department that is always busy, in constant movement and changing its processes.

She is a very dedicated and disciplined person. Sometimes, because of her seriousness, we think she does not accept our comments and ideas, but it’s surprising to see that our suggestions are being put into practice.

With her quiet personality it seems like she does nothing, it seems like nothing is happening, but quietly, she does a lot of very great things.

She is one of the leaders who has love for the organization, she makes you fall in love with the nursing profession and the organization, she makes you reflect on “I am here and persist for a reason”, she makes you see that step by step working hard you get to see great results. It has not been an easy road since there are plenty of nurses in our department, and all of us have an empowered mentality full of adrenaline, like good ER nurses.

She deserves all this credit because she has been in our department for nearly a year and has done one thing after the other, now we work as a team and are more united. She has a lot of patience, and her personality is very empathetic and professional. She has even managed to redirect us to what we need as an Emergency Department and the commitment that we have toward the TecSalud family.

She is very neutral and impartial. She works fairly and seeks the common good, improving our results and patients’ outcomes.

I strongly believe that she was born a leader, who remains resilient to changes, who is always willing to solve the setbacks and listens the needs we have not only as workers, but as people.

I consider her for this nomination, because even though I had a situation to improve, Eloisa helped me to improve as a person and nurse, if you work happily and you have fun, you don't feel the burden or stress from the ER.
