Lizbeth attended to all her needs, provided her with company, and was always in constant communication with me and the doctors to control her pain and anguish.
Dear Lizbeth Márquez:

My wife was sick with metastatic breast cancer to the skull, pancreas, and lung. She was in intense pain and with general weakness, but nurse Liz was there, trying to make sure she was as good as possible during her stay in the hospital.

Lizbeth is a short, thin, and very smart person who supported my wife during a difficult day for her health and in her moments of distress.

She attended to all her needs, provided her with company, and was always in constant communication with me and the doctors to control her pain and anguish.

She did everything possible to ensure that we were doing well; what can I say? She gave the medications at the right time and requested authorization from the doctors to give my wife another medicine to control her pain and anguish, among other things. She behaved kindly and was very patient with both of us. I am a doctor, and sometimes we get desperate or are a little more demanding with certain kinds of things, but she was always very patient and helped us a lot.

Lizbeth said many words of serenity that made my wife feel relieved, she was always aware of my wife's wishes during the time she was hospitalized since we had to be readmitted 2 or 3 times, besides that during the occasions we went to chemotherapy and she found out that we were there at the hospital, she came to greet my wife, and took the time to talk to us.

Her colleagues were also really nice; we received excellent care from everyone, but she did stand out with the care she gave to my wife (may she rest in peace) and me. When we left the hospital, she very kindly went to say goodbye and told us that if we needed anything, she was there at the hospital. The person who was going to make the nomination was my wife, but unfortunately, she died; however, I am making this nomination for her so that she knows how grateful we are-

Thank you for everything!
