Detra Rice goes above and beyond her duties to make sure everything is done that she can to keep you from feeling sick. She also brings a smile with every room visit. She carries integrity with every step she takes. She’s done so much for me. There’s days I didn’t think I would get better, but Detra would figure it out and then make me smile. Just love her to death. Her heart, personality, communication and love with and for her patients. Thank you, Detra!

She checked on me multiple times whenever something didn’t seem right. She always came in a timely manner when I called. She was always happy and upbeat, never complaining. She encouraged me to eat so I could get better. I absolutely love her attitude and personality. She was awesome! She explained everything to me so I could understand when I asked. She cares deeply about her patients, making sure they are well taken care of. We need more people like Detra in places like hospitals. If I could give her a rating of 1-10, I would say she broke my scale! She deserves this recognition because she for sure has a healer’s touch.

Detra was so caring, hands gentle, and very kind. Whatever she thought I might need, she asked if I needed it. She shared her knowledge with one of my granddaughters who is beginning care that helped her. KM is very fortunate to have her.
