Alex is phenomenal and doesn't skip a beat to give a helping hand. Not only meeting my necessities. When I was detoxing physically, she helped so much by being there with me when I needed to talk. She is fun, educated, and a beautiful soul. She's a natural at nurturing her clients back to health. Huge thank you to Alex! I'll never forget my time at Ballard mostly because of her.

Alex is one of the sweetest people that I have ever met which makes her an amazing nurse. She always makes sure you have everything you need and that you're taken care of. Anytime you call, she is right there for you. I love having her as a nurse and having her around. She is just like a ray of sunshine all of the time. There have been so many times I have been so low and down on myself and crying, and she has been there to uplift me and talk me through it. There have been times I almost left, but I have stayed because of her.

Alex is the happiest worker you have. This lady is always cheerful from early morning all the way to the end of her shift. Her attitude is consistent. She goes above and beyond to make sure we got what we need and she never has a bad attitude. All I ever see is her smiling. She sees the positive when there's so much negative going on. It's hard not to like her. She makes sure we follow the rules, but she does it in a nice way. She is never rude. It's hard ever to be mad at her. As stressful as this place can be and with everyone always complaining, myself included, she tries to fix the problem without being mad at us. Thank you for this amazing, bubbly, sweet, kind-hearted woman. We need more nurses like her. She makes this place easier to get through.
