Taylor took care of my grandpa during his final days at the Mankato Hospital. She was so empathetic and patient with my entire family (and we are a huge family). She was so thorough in explaining things to my family. She made sure, even though there was a language barrier, to speak directly to my grandpa as she was doing things. I watched her hold my grandpa's hand during a time of agitation for him. She listened to our concerns, and even let me vent all my feelings to her. The day my grandpa passed away, I passed her in the hallway as I was walking out. I wasn't expecting her to recognize me as, again, my family is very big, and she must have met all of us at one point, but she picked me out and said her condolences and gave me a hug. Anyone would be lucky to have Taylor as their nurse, and I know my family was especially lucky to have her take care of my grandpa.
