Ms. Lowine Sarbacker, has a very positive attitude and her unwavering dedication as a mentor makes her an exceptional leader for SE, PL and League City. Her positivity is truly contagious, inspiring, and very uplifting to everyone that she talks to. She embodies resilience and never gives up on anyone, always finding a way to discover an individual's strength and develops a way for that strength to excel. Despite facing numerous challenges with the system's initiatives, Mrs. Lowine transforms these challenges into opportunities for positive change, demonstrating her innovative and forward-thinking approach. One example was the Magnet designation that we had. We knew it was heavy to carry, but she didn’t give up. We are so grateful to have her as one of our mentors. Her impact is profound. She mentors PL/SE/League City nurse residents, bedside nurses, and leaders. She shares her wisdom with compassion. Her mentorship extends to every single member of the Magnet Council Members, where her valuable insights contribute to the professional growth of the entire council.
