Lauren has been so supportive and super helpful to me during my stay here. She has gone above and beyond what her normal routine is and has helped me in many ways. She deserves much credit for putting up with me, and I hope you give her the credit that’s due.

During my 11-day stay at Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health, Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I was always taken care of. She listened with intent, was always positive and timely and in a positive mood. She made my stay here tremendously better and I am grateful she was here during my stay.

For one, she knows my name. I know it seems small but it’s nice for the nurse to feel interested in your care. Second, she puts up with all my questions but acts like a friend. I cannot express enough how calm and comfortable she makes me feel.  She also advocated with the pharmacy to get me one of my meds. I needed it and when it was in she came into group to let me know. Thank you for having such a remarkable soul with people in our situations.
