From the moment we began our interaction she displayed a warm and empathetic demeanor that immediately put me at ease. Despite the challenging circumstances, Kelly exhibited compassion like I have rarely experienced and dedication to ensuring that me and my daughter's well-being was met. One of the most remarkable aspects of Kelly's care is her ability to make you feel comfortable, valued, and supported. There was a particular instance when Kelly truly demonstrated her resolve in providing care above and beyond what would ordinarily be required during a recent office visit. The A1C machine was not working, and a part had been ordered, but had not arrived. This would have been my daughter's first A1C since her diagnosis. While we were visiting with the doctor, the part arrived, and Kelly notified the doctor. Kelly took time to install the part, and to calibrate the machine while we were in the office. She then took time to perform the test on my daughter and provide results prior to us leaving the office. Her total commitment to my comfort made a lasting impression on me.
