I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the care provided to my mother, during her recent stay at East Surrey. While my mother has unfortunately been a long-term patient, the recent stay since December, involving a major operation, has been particularly challenging. I am compelled to highlight the exceptional care and support provided by Johann Soriano from the nursing team. Johann has consistently gone above and beyond his duties, not only in addressing my mother's medical needs but also in providing invaluable emotional support during this difficult time.
