Jason Christensen is the strongest Charge Nurse I have ever seen in action. He is beyond amazing! A great multi-tasker and never misses a beat . I have watched him run a code, pass meds, take multiple calls from patient’s families, speak to several doctors all within 20 minutes without one ounce of stress. He runs smoothly in the most chaos I have ever seen. He works short staffed and never complains. He will take on the heaviest load himself. I see him telling his staff to go to lunch as he skips his lunch to ensure things continue to run smoothly. He is professional and kind to everyone. He makes being an ER Charge nurse look easy and stress free. He leads with dignity and grace. Jason is truly an amazing health care hero.
