The entire staff was remarkable but Helen Lee was so patient, compassionate, and empathetic. She had heard I was here on vacation when I got sick. She expressed her sorrow for those circumstances and treated me with so much dignity, even while taking care of toileting. I could tell that she was kind of shy, but she would talk to me and ask me about my family, etc. What really struck me is how young she is, but very professional and mature. I never had to wait very long when I requested assistance and she patiently answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and her professionalism. Helen made my stay here tolerable and I wish there were 10 more like her. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions I had. Her appearance and precautions taken while caring for me were impeccable and consistent. This may not be a big deal to anyone else, but it means the world to me.
