Bianca will forever be my daughter's hero. She goes out of her way to help my daughter no matter what. When she's scared or upset and needs someone, Bianca takes time out of her already busy day to be there for her. She makes my daughter feel seen and heard. She talks to her with respect and tells her exactly what's happening and going on at all times, which is greatly appreciated. Bianca is one of the greatest humans inside and out. I don't know what my family would do without her. As my daughter's time is coming to an end, we can, without a doubt, say Bianca went above and beyond for everyone. She is the true definition of what a nurse stands for!
