At the beginning of our program we did not see eye to eye. Fast forward two years and we have become close, best friends, the kind of friends you keep forever, whose children become your nieces and nephews, and even your god-children. The kind of friends whom you can call when you need a pickup or are struggling to understand something. We managed to overcome differences together, come together and make the best of nursing school, and become each other's cheerleaders and confidants.
