From the beginning to the end of her shift, Autumn was exceptionally compassionate and empathic as we prepared for the delivery of our baby boy, “Q,” whom we lost in the second trimester. Her calm demeanor and sensitive nature were fantastic during this great time of mourning. We wished her shift didn’t have to end! She took excellent and confident care of my wife’s medical needs, listened intently to our worries/concerns, and provided excellent guidance in understanding what to expect during the induction process and the decisions to come. While her focus was primarily on my wife, she also included me fully and made sure that we were both comfortable and cared for. Please share our kudos with her!
