Vivi’s positivity, kindness, and genuine love toward me as her patient really helped me to stay positive toward my situation. She would constantly check on me if I needed any help and make sure my IV was properly functioning. She made sure I was hydrated enough when I was walking around without my IV. Even though she was busy, she performed all her duties very efficiently by being available when needed. Her energy and genuine care made me feel at ease before I went in for my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedure. She assured me it’ll be a smooth and painless procedure and that really helped me to stay positive about the outcome. I was very happy to have her as my nurse two times in a row. I think her positive vibes and energy does help with healing and she is the best nurse to have. With her love for others and care, I highly recommend Kaiser to award her with the DAISY Award.
