She takes great care of her patients but has repeatedly demonstrated her commitment to taking care of her team as a charge nurse! On countless occasions, I have seen her making multiple phone calls, searching to solve another nurse's issue, or spending a long time redirecting an agitated patient on behalf of an overwhelmed peer.
