My son was admitted on a Friday afternoon after being sick with the flu for a week. As soon as we arrived, Susan was our nurse. She took one look at him and knew we needed to be here and in oxygen. As a first-time mom, she made me feel like I had made the right decision to bring him in. She started his IV and oxygen and made sure we had everything we needed. We had no idea that we would be here for ten days. During those ten days, we had her four times as our nurse. My son loved her! He would smile as soon as he saw her. She always went above and beyond for use. If she didn’t have a lot of other patients, she would come in and talk to us. As a first-time mom, she made me feel so good about all the decisions I had made for my baby. We loved having her; she is the best!
