At a month old, we were not expecting our baby girl to spend a week in the NICU. When we arrived via ambulance, we were greeted and treated with the best care we could have asked for. Brenna (and all of the nurses and members of our care team) went above and beyond to make sure that not only our baby was cared for but also that we were seen during our 4-day stay. Brenna always took the time to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed and that we did not want anything. If she did not know the answer to something, she went out of her way to find the answer or someone else who did. In the few instances that we had to be away from our baby, we felt at peace knowing she was taking care of her. It is very evident that she cares greatly for her patients and wants only the best for them. Anyone or any baby who has her as a nurse will be blessed.
