Tiffany is always willing, able, and ready to lend a helping hand. Whether it's direct patient care, helping a colleague with a problem like Health Connect or pyxis issues, or assisting Management in issues that come up like code whites, Tiffany is always at the forefront getting things done. 

Her bedside manner is inspiring and has not changed over the last 12 years I have worked with her. She always has a smile on her face and gets the job done quickly, efficiently, and with grace and empathy. Tiffany is a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and truly caring nurse. I would trust her with my family; she treats every patient and staff member as if they are her own. 

Tiffany is the go-to person when a problem needs to be solved. She trains new nurses in our department, works extremely well with our interdisciplinary teams, and makes everyone feel welcome in our department. She takes the initiative to help anyone and everyone, whether in the ED or around campus. We recently had to go on downtime at our facility. Tiffany was in triage and helped direct the downtime workflow. She managed the waiting room and informed patients so that they knew what to expect while we were experiencing technical difficulties. 

She also takes it upon herself to make sure all staff feel included in extracurricular activities such as hosting baby showers for new staff or birthday get-togethers. She embodies Jean Watson's Caring Science in every aspect of her day-to-day interactions. She's also on multiple committees to help improve the care, quality, and safety of our patients. She is a relief charge nurse as well and is trusted by all the staff. I've witnessed Nurses, MDs, and techs all approach her for assistance with complex situations.
