Julia Eubank was my nurse, when you are admitted in the hospital things are turned upside down. Julia shared a funny story about her baby cat. She didn’t know my wife & I worship our cats, and her story of her cat biting her Dad made me laugh! Being admitted and leaving family is hard, and to hear something like that is great for your recovery. Julia explained every medication when giving them to me, each time asking if I had questions. Julia even explained her hourly rounding and she actually stuck to it. Julia emptied my foley several times making small talk while doing it. I had several belly surgeries at this hospital in the past and didn’t always see this kind of care. Julia is a true health care professional. I hope UH Geauga can see and reward a true health care professional.
