My father was a patient here this week. The 2 days Abdishakur Moalim had worked with my dad and myself, Abdi was awesome! Every time he was so attentive to his needs, he would listen and explain what he was doing and would follow up with him. For myself, Abdi was excellent in keeping me updated as to the plan for his care as well as the discharge plan. The first day Abdi was working with my dad, I had wanted to take him outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Abdi helped me get a wheelchair, helped to assist him into it, grabbed a couple of warmed blankets for his knees and shoulders, to be covered up. At the time of discharge, Adbi also made a second copy of his AVS for me to take home, to help ensure we followed the plan. I had never met or worked with Adbi before, but I feel that he truly lives the values of a DAISY nurse. Thank you!
