When rounding on patients, patients mention Rebecca by name and states how she truly cares and what a true angel she has been. She takes the extra 5 minutes to provide the compassionate patient care by taking the time to talk to the patients and getting to know them. Through the chaos, Rebecca remains calm and has a positive attitude. She is a leader and preceptor to her peers.
