I would like to nominate Belen Camacho, our extraordinary Nurse Manager, who creates an environment where compassionate and skillful care thrives. She is a wonderful manager, nurse, and just an amazing human being. She drives team development, resiliency, and competency and ensures that all our team members are meaningfully recognized for the work we do for our patients and family members. She creates an environment where attributes of trust, compassion, mutual respect, continued professional development, and ethical behavior are modeled and supported. Every single day, she is accessible, available, and responsive to the needs of our team. She always advocates for us.
