Hello, I am writing in reference to nurse Ari Cuffee, who I have found to be outstanding based on working with many in customer service and also having roles in customer service. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful and truly stands out. Additionally, I have never had anyone so proficient in responding to my concerns as quickly as she does! Specifically, just today she responded to a question I had within 24 hours! She always follows up with my concerns/issues and correctly points me in the right direction. A specific example was my recent concern related to a prescription needing refilling. She researched the issue and got right back with me very quickly. I cannot be happier with someone who truly works with you to address your concerns/issues.
