Jonathan cared for me for two days while I was admitted to Peace Health for issues related to a heart attack. It was something that I never expected, and it was a very scary experience. As one would expect with a cardiac issue, the more anxiety I experienced about it, the more symptoms I felt. Jonathan's care was calming and caring. Not only did he care for me as a patient, but he cared for me as a human, and seemed to understand what I was going through. He was careful to let me know what to expect; he answered all of my many, many questions and helped me know that I would get better. I am so grateful for his care, and I simply want to say thank you.

On my second day, I got to observe him training a nursing student and was able to see that not only does he treat his patients with care and compassion, but he treats his team members the same way. He was patient and professional with the person he was training, answered her questions, and showed how to provide empathetic and compassionate care to his patients. I am sure with his example, the person he was training will know and understand how to provide quality care like he does.
