Sean is an extraordinary manager. He always goes above and beyond to take care of his team. Sean thinks of the best team-building exercises. Most recently, for Employee Appreciation Day, Sean gave each of us a blank card. We passed around the card to each other to fill out a message of thanks to each of our coworkers. At the end of the exercise, we each had a card to open with messages from each of our coworkers.

Sean's leadership motivates me to do my best in the way that I care for our patients. He always encourages our team to be the best that we can be. He holds us accountable; he makes sure that our goals are measurable and attainable, and with his unwavering support, he makes his team strive to do better for our patients. Sean does not hesitate to jump in and help our team. Whether it be assisting to room patients, helping the RN team by starting an IV, or assisting with our messages in the in-basket, he will always stop whatever he is doing to jump in and help. "The best leaders are those who lead by example," and Sean is an outstanding model of this for our team.

Sean goes above and beyond for our patients. He makes sure that every single one of our patients leaves the office happy. He will resolve every issue that he can. He has sat with patients who are experiencing stressful moments until their loved ones can get to the office to take them to the hospital or urgent care. He listens to our patients with open ears and without judgment. He strives to make sure our patients are safe. He gives the best nursing advice to patients and coworkers.
