From the moment she entered the room, her warm smile and gentle demeanor eased my worries and gave me reassurance that he was in capable hands. Her attentiveness to his needs, both physical and emotional, did not go unnoticed. She goes above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being, and for that, I am truly grateful.
