I was in the hospital twice last week. Jenn Swenson took care of me on my second visit. She is an asset to your team. She was kind, looked me in the eye, made me feel taken care of. Every time she left the room, she said push that button and call me should you need anything. Every time she gave me meds she told me what she was giving me and what it was for. When I was discharged she meticulously went through every document and my meds to make sure I understood the regiment once I got home. I thanked her for her incredible care, she walked me downstairs attending to my needs and making sure I was not lifting anything heavy as I am on a weight limit for lifting. I felt safe and cared for. For me she was an incredible blessing. Thank you for the incredible care I received and thank you Jenn for being an amazing nurse.
