Nikki is new to this process and completed the visit effortlessly. In an uncomfortable situation, she makes you feel calm and discusses your options for future plans when the unimaginable occurs. From nurse to nurse, Nikki has been a great asset to FJFM leadership. Nikki is always ready to step up to the plate and take a swing. Her collaboration with me over the last few months on ways to improve and secure tomorrow has been nothing short of amazing. I want to recognize good work where it's done and show my sincere gratitude for her teamwork and positivity.
