Marioly always gives 100% of her time and attention to the frail, complex geriatric patients she serves. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and caring; Marioly is always kind to the patients and their families during crises and manages their care every day. Marioly is reliable and has a strong work ethic; she is always reassuringly calm and soft-spoken in English and Spanish. She perseveres despite counter influences, opposition, or discouragement when advocating for the needs and services of homebound, advanced illness, and geriatric patients.

Marioly has received many compliments from the patients and their families, who are so grateful for her help and dedication, whether she is calling every home care agency in northern Virginia to find a home health aide for a bedridden patient, advocating for services from insurance companies, or coordinating a meal delivery charity or transportation service for a patient whose rent exceeds their income, so they have no money for food. She always puts the patient's safety and well-being first and will go above and beyond to help others.

Her co-workers all say she is a joy to work with and adds fun and spunk to our office.
