Subie is really putting herself out there and working hard on new projects.
Subie is creating waves and championing research at UHCW through her own initiatives, networking, and partnerships. She is responsible for the Research Café, which is an informal environment enabling staff to voice and resolve obstacles they may have while working on research.

Subie is chair of the Research SDM Council. She is passionate and enthusiastic and encourages council members to get involved and put research on the map at UHCW. She is committed to raising awareness of research within different clinical groups.

Subie was involved with creating the Anti-Racism Toolkit. She has been recognized and celebrated for her invaluable contributions to British society through her involvement in Black History Month. This serves as a reminder of how far we have come and the platform we now stand upon, reinforcing our Trust values.
