I was scheduled for a Heart Ablation procedure, and Francesca was my Recovery Room Nurse. From the moment I arrived, she was extremely kind, cheerful, gentle, and attentive to me as I was preparing for my procedure. She checked on me, answered all of my questions, and attended to my every need. After my procedure, she checked on me so many times that I could not count. Each time, she checked my incision site to make sure there were not any issues and, again, was extremely attentive to my needs. I was in a room with a lady who I believe had a heart stent procedure, and I could hear the amount of attention she received from Francesca, and she thanked Francesca repeatedly for the care Francesca was providing her. I have had several operations before this procedure and have been present for my wife's Breast Cancer Operations. Never have I experienced such a wonderful person, not just a nurse, like Francesca. I can only hope that my wife and I are lucky enough to have such an excellent nurse if we need any other procedures.
