• I attended an oral glucose tolerance test and over 6 hours the nurse kept a calm and reassuring atmosphere. The nurse replaced the cannula when I was uncomfortable and was supportive, kind and caring during the 6 hours of bloods. I have ADHD and the nurse managed to calm me whilst reducing my anxiety during the blood samples. Thank you!
 
• Rowena has been an Extraordinary Nurse in terms of making herself available for an appointment as well as taking care of me during a 3-hour blood test. She is fabulous.
 
• Rowena has been a very friendly and professional nurse in spite of a busy Monday. I came for a blood test - didn't even feel the needle. The blood was taken very smoothly and safely. I am very happy with her service.

• Rowena looked after me when I came to do my test. She showed very professional when my veins were collapsing and she couldn't take the blood, with her being calm and patient, she managed after many attempts to put a cannula and take the 14 times blood she needs to do. I admired how she kept me calm and explained everything she was doing. This is my second time doing this, and I had a bad experience elsewhere where they tried many times and didn't manage at the end. Today, she not only successfully managed to do the procedure, but she also made me feel well looked after and cared for. Thank you so much about what you did for me. Made my day.
 
• Rowena stood out for me when I was at the Chiswick Medical Centre for my synacthen test. I was diagnosed with palatal myoclonus a year ago, and since then, I have had numerous tests to find out the root cause. For this particular test, Rowena was kind and put me at ease straight away. She ran back and forth, getting me pillows and drinks. She instinctively knew I was not comfortable with needles and was nervous. She was gentle and explained the whole procedure. She did not make me feel rushed and instead handled me with utmost professional care. One of the nicest nurses I have had in my health journey.
 
• Today was my first visit at Chiswick medical centre. Rowena was very kind to me. She took my bloods, got me water and biscuits. Rowena made me feel very comfortable. She informed me what my blood procedure would be, she reassured me also due to my disability. Both Rowena and her coworker worked as a team to enable them to find a vein. They both discussed what happened before when the vein was not following. Both of them worked together to support me, showing their concern as I was here for the day. Encouraged me to order something to eat - which I did. All in all, everyone I spoke to today was caring and helpful. Thank you.
