In all areas, awards and recognition goes to the person who goes above and beyond or exceeds expectation. During my wife and I's time at Butterworth Hospital, the care was exceptional, which is a testament to how exceptional Raecell’s care was. My wife and I feel blessed to have had Raecell, our hospital mom, as the nurse who took care of us after the birth of our first child. Along with being an amazing human, Raecell ensured we were comfortable, checked up on us frequently, gave us pointers and life advice, made sure all the needs of the room were met, and she did it all with a genuine loving and caring demeanor. My wife couldn't have been more comfortable or feel more cared for when Raecell was in our room. We are not downplaying the rest of the staff we had. Simply put, Raecell’s love, care, compassion, and urgency was simply above and beyond. Thank you, Butterworth Hospital, and thank you, Mrs. Raecell.
