Extraordinary does not begin to describe how wonderful Michelle Bernardo is. Having your child in the NICU, after a traumatic birth, was not in my birth plan. I was anxious, to say the least.  Then along came Michelle, who not only took her time to assess everything but to build rapport with me, she explained every sound beep and process that was going on. Her gentle demeanor and sound clinical skill set were notable and welcomed. I knew from the first day she worked with my son, I wanted her to be our primary. As a fellow provider in the community, I applaud her for her essence, professionalism, and skill set. I feel so blessed to have met her and have been in her service.
