Pristine has been my senior nurse in FMU/ WOPD for 3 years. I saw her maturing and I admire her for being our leader. She’s helpful to everyone. Even though she is busy in our clinic, she still manages to work with us with a cool attitude, and I cannot feel any pressure from her because she is always supporting and teaching me. Never have I seen her too tired to give to someone who asked. Her energy knows no bounds. She is very supportive of the team. Her compassion, dedication, hard work, and mutual respect are highly commendable. She is always there whenever needed and goes the extra mile to find what is required.

Her model of work is something the nurses can follow. I would describe her as a cheerful and effective SRN at all times. She manages her role efficiently, even knowing the stress she is always facing. Apart from her being calm, she is always willing to help at all costs, even when she is not on duty, making sure that the clinic is running smoothly. When she is around, she creates a positive environment. I see her as a trustworthy leader, who empowers others, has a clear vision, and can execute that vision. Great very supportive Nurse Leader/ Team Leader not only in our department but also to everyone. She listens when we have a problem at work & she is always helping to solve it as much as she can. She also understands if we need help even without telling her. I can see why the staff love her & follow her lead without doubt.
