Francesca is very, very compassionate. She did something that I never will forget. I have been in the hospital for almost four weeks without seeing my children. I was crying and very sad. Francesca came to me, spoke, and understood my situation. Francesca made it all possible. I did not know what she did. But one day, I was able to see my children. She took me downstairs to the lobby, where I was able to see my kids. Francesca is an extraordinary person, like an angel. I will never forget what she did. She will be in my prayers.
