My son was rushed to the emergency room with what turned out to be a very serious condition. Bridgett Ferguson was one of the first faces we saw upon arrival. She walked into a chaotic situation and brought calmness, knowledge, and compassion – all of which we desperately needed. She helped my son relax enough that she could start his IV and even accompanied us to the ICU. At the time, we had no idea how many repeat visits we would make to the ER or hospital over the next year. Each time we had to come to the ER, Bridgett showered us with grace, patience, and sincere warmth. She was often the only one who could get through to my son when he was upset and so she continues to be our champion IV starter. She has a special place in all of our hearts, so thankful to know her.

Bridgett is one of the best nurses I have ever had! She is beyond kind and caring. Bridgett goes the extra mile when it comes to patient care and she is always up to help no matter the situation. We need more nurses like her in this world. She will always hold a special place in my heart.
