Jennifer has been patient and compassionate and has exceeded even my highest expectations of a nurse. I was previously under home health. She became my nurse after surgery. It was very painful, and I was extremely nervous and, in fact, very scared. I quite frankly thought I would not make it. I just could not get well. She came every Monday and Wednesday and provided me with the comfort that was needed to get me through the day. For every visit, she assured me that I would heal. She explained step by step what she was going to do. In fact, after several weeks, I could relax enough that I didn’t need medication to get me through the appointment. She was creative and changed things up. I have a standing appointment every Friday, and she would kindly gather my supplies and put them in a bag to ensure I had everything I needed. She is never in a rush and always made me feel as though I was her only patient. I have never experienced a nurse who took the extra time to make sure I was at ease. I can go on and on about her. I will miss her, but I am happy that someone else will get the benefit of her care and service. You have a gem here!!
